The genre of the film New York Minute is adventure. It is a movie that appeals mostly to teenage girls and sisters. The film is set in USA and the storyline of the movie is about two sisters who have  completely opposite personalities. They are trying to unite in order to overcome the chaos they're going through throughout the day. This film appeals to teenage girls and sisters because they are the reflection of friendship and teenage girls can relate to the events that are going on in the film.





Anuvahood - Comedy/Crime/Drama

 The film Anuvahood can be classified under a comedy, crime and drama genre. It is a film that appeals to teenagers mainly  males aged between 15 to 20 however the actor and director of the film Adam Deacon appeals to teenage girls as he is classified as the 'good looking funny guy'. This film was set in London which again appeals to teenagers living in London. The storyline of this film is about a young boy who begins to realise he's just another wannabe bad boy who is trying hard to become a respected gangster. As the film goes on he finds his true worth in the face of urban adversity.

The genre of the film Carrie is  drama/horror. Its is about a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother. She unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town when she is pushed to her limits at her senior prom. This film appeals to teenagers who are interested in the books that the author Stephen King writes. It definitely appeals to teenagers who like horror movies which have a good storyline to it.
